The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) guidelines inform the Towne Lake homeowners of the appropriate days for placing trash cans and the appropriate day for placing debris/rubbish on the street. Over the past few months the city has been experiencing staffing issues due to COVID which in turn has caused some regular scheduled trash pick up day issues for all of Montgomery. In addition, the recent wind and lightning storms that have been occurring on an almost daily basis have contributed to additional trash being placed on the street on a day that isn’t scheduled for debris pickup. We hope that these “outside the norm” issues will soon come to an end.
If you find yourself in a special situation that may require an exception, you must email the board prior to the date or situation at board@townelakemontgomery.com. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
